itksnapsb is an extension of itk-SNAP version 2.0 and provides additional features to support user landmarking of brain images in 2D and 3D. This extension has been designed for use with SABRE (Semiautomatic Brain Region Extraction), a method for parcellating structural magnetic resonance images into distinct anatomical regions. |
